[U] How Tangerine-Appointed USDC Judge Nichols Ignored Thirteen (13!) Decisions Going The Other Way: Courtesy of EmptyWheel...




Last evening, I promised to more fully explain all of this, but EmptyWheel has done a so much better job of it, in more precise terms, please just go read all of her, here -- on it. In the upcoming appeal, Judge Nichols should expect that the case will be reversed and remanded, and he will need to grapple with these thirteen (13) decisions -- before he can try to get back to his non-reasoned result.

But actually, I expect that atleast ten of these thirteen cases, below. . . will lead to. . . a possible Ginni Thomas indictment -- and perhaps, a Tangerine indictment, and sooner than the end of 2022. Onward.
