Closing Out: The End Of The Nuvaring® Settlement Website, Arrives On October 10, 2018...

We have followed this litigation for a decade, it seems (we alerted you to the ending payouts, almost exactly a year ago). So it is fitting that this morning brings us full circle, here.

Now all payments have been delivered, and all additional proceedings have terminated. Here's the order, from last week in St. Louis, Missouri:

. . . .IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties’ Joint Motion for Order Regarding Conclusion of the NuvaRing Resolution Program [2012] is GRANTED. . . .

The NuvaRing Resolution Program has concluded, and no party has any further obligations thereunder.

. . .The NuvaRing Resolution Program website, located at www.nuvaringofficialsettlement.com, will shut down and be inaccessible to all parties after October 10, 2018. Claimant and claimant counsel access to all records maintained on the Program Website and corresponding portal shall end as of that date. The corresponding Program phone number will also be disabled as of that date. . . .

Now you know -- onward; courts are shuttered here today, and it will be 80 and sunny. So I will go. . . walkabout. Smile.
