We Have An Unopposed Motion For Settlement -- In Ms. L. Case: Trump's Government Capitulates.

We told you last week this day was at hand. And now -- the Trump Administration has conceded what we said from the jump: the entirety of the separation of these families, the kidnapping of children -- was in violation of existing US law, since 1998. Now we as taxpayers will naturally have to pay for 45's lawless actions. But to be sure, these families are entitled to protection, from the traumas he inflicted upon them. He did so wantonly and he did so. . . needlessly. To no ultimate effect.

Here is the full 63 page PDF. Do go read the first 38 pages -- it is a primer in what immigration law has long required of the government, in the US.

[I will not comment on Kavanaugh, until we learn whether the November blue wave will be adequate to allow both he and 45 to be impeached. But he is manifestly unfit -- for any court, now.]

Onward -- hopeful for better days. I am smiling, since my Colorado Buffs are presently sitting at 5-0, and ranked in the top 20. "Shoulder to shoulder. . . we will never give in. . . fight. fight. fight!"
