Despite Noem's Filing To Seek A Stay, On Appeal -- USDC Judge Boasberg Rightly Rumbles Onward, To Force The Return Of The "Snatch & Grab" Victims...

Mr. Mazzara ought to be prepared to explain on this coming Monday, how it is (in the depos over in Maryland, ordered by Judge Xinis, as well), that his "service" includes warrantless kidnappings and renditions, to a likely torture prison -- without so much as a whiff of a hearing before a competent judge -- in many cases, it seems, even to the deplorable practice of grabbing women (several mis-identified) off the street.

In point of fact, this notorious El Salvador "torture prison" cannot by the terms of the contract with the US. . . accept any women "detainees", as it has no safe or sane way to segregate them -- from the perhaps 1,000 men, held in savagely inhuman cages, there.

And the ICE/DHS Noem/Mazzara forces well knew this, when they diverted the flights headed out to Venezuela, onward to El Salvador. . . ALL AFTER USDC Judge Boasberg had ordered the aircraft to turn around and land back on US soil. Damn. There are hundreds of likely innocent lives at stake here. Here's this morning's order:

The Court ORDERS that:

1) The Government shall file any Opposition to Plaintiffs' [85] Motion for TRO by April 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.; Plaintiffs shall file any Reply by April 21, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.; and the parties shall appear for a hearing on April 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.; and

2) Plaintiffs shall amend their Complaint and file any new motion for preliminary relief by April 24, 2025; Defendants shall file their Opposition by May 1, 2025; Plaintiffs shall file their Reply by May 5, 2025; and

3) The parties shall appear for a hearing on the motion on May 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. . . .
