The Able USDC Judge Nichols Will Hold The Next Preliminary Injunction Hearing On TikTok In DC... The Morning AFTER The Election. Smile.

As we've said several times now, with Trump likely to lose the Electoral College by a margin of 338 to 200, as of this morning, even the federal judges appointed by Trump are treating his so-called "emergencies"... as business as usual.

Latest example? The hearing on the more permanent injunction against his "order" which purported to ban TikTok app downloads. . . is now set for after election day.

When Trump loses, it is very likely the Trumpian / government lawyers will fold their tent and dismiss this loser, outright, on their own motion [on very clear First Amendment violations] -- so, no hurry to hold a hearing:

. . . .MINUTE ORDER: Preliminary Injunction Hearing set for 11/4/2020 at 10:00 AM in Telephonic / VTC before Judge Carl J. Nichols. So Ordered by Judge Carl J. Nichols on 10/6/2020. . . .

If this hearing does somehow go forward, I will live blog it. Onward, grinning -- and baking up some potica cakes.
