In sum, as we've long explained, Congress holds the power to tax, spend, and withold from spending -- as well.

But a judge in Texas -- beholden to Trump, he thinks -- has essentially ignored controlling US S. Ct. precedent, solely to throw a wrench [he hopes] into the ACA of 2010, across most states implementing it. Utterly. . . charming.

It is time to end that charade. Here endeth my sermon.
