Exactly A Decade Ago, This Morning: From Chris Morrison's Clever Stylings....

The InVivo blog ran what was arguably the best piece of snark ever written about Schering-Plough "buying" Merck.

Of course, it was all an illusion -- to try to avoid triggering a clause in the Remicade®/Simponi® agreement Schering-Plough had earlier signed. [The preposterous effort largely failed, some three years later, when a final settlement occurred -- after expensive arbitration proceedings.] Good times:

. . . .I want my lunch. . . to buy. . . me. . .

Gosh, how the world has changed, in the intervening decade. We now actually live in a TV UN-reality show, that strongly resembles this snarky piece.

Now you know. Onward.
