Update: While it seems that the Cloudflare outage has abated, I will likely be off-line for the rest of the week -- in the high mountains. Be excellent to one another; for we are all we have! End, updated portion.

I sincerely doubt that this is any form of organized cyber attack or state sponsored disruption -- by malign actors. . . But I suppose that's not impossible.
