African CDC: This Saturday Will Mark "All Clear" In Uganda, If No New Ebola Cases Emerge -- 42 Days Will Have Elapsed.

We will be between airports, but it is likely that the Sudan variant species outbreak of Ebola will be all clear by this coming Saturday night.

And that is very good news, indeed.

It does mean, though, that we will leave this outbreak without having a confirmed working vaccine for the Sudan variant.

But to have it arrested is certainly the more important immediate milestone.
