Tomorrow afternoon, in Brooklyn, the US Federal District courtroom, we will all learn the terms on which the plaintiffs have settled with the Trump Administration.

You may count on the settlement NOT excluding any of them from the US.

. . . .The Court held a telephone conference in this case on August 29, 2017. The parties stated that they have reached a settlement in principle. The Court shall hold a conference on August 31, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in Courtroom 11A South, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, New York, so that the settlement agreement may be confirmed in open court. The parties may appear for the conference by telephone. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Lois Bloom on 8/29/2017. . . .
