As I head out -- a little early, this evening -- to reach various client holiday gatherings, I'll just offer the latest oral order in this matter, as well as the related case's scheduling amendments -- as filed in the last few days, for those of you keeping score at home. [If the parties don't settle, this set of cases won't go to trial until some time in early 2019, in my estimation.]
