This is just a smallish reminder, to supplement my update from last month -- as we have a new Magistrate Judge. And so, there is a hearing on Thursday, as an update to the schedule laid out generally, here.
As we have repeatedly mentioned, no actual trials on the merits, before a jury, are expected before September 2017. We will (as ever) keep a weather eye on the horizon -- for any sign of how the good doctor's production hearing turned out.
. . . .The Pretrial Conference originally scheduled before Magistrate Judge Viktor V. Pohorelsky has been rescheduled to 12/3/2015 02:00 PM in Courtroom 322 North before Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo.
The MDL and all pending member cases have now been reassigned to Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo Associated Cases: 1:12-md-02331-JG-PK et al. . . .
Now you know. Smiling widely, on a clear but brisk December Tuesday -- while yes, looking back. . . with esmtimable joy, over all the past's "gossamer floating gates, and. . . unwasted grace. . . ."

just an F.Y.I- I hear from a reliable source that 'the good doctor's' deposition has not been conducted as of yet (believe it or not). This was accurate from a mid-November correspondence. Additionally, it was explained to me that "her deposition [will likely be taken] in the coming few months."

I think all the court required of her was her documents, and then -- through counsel -- and explanation of why it took so long for compliance.
She was never on a deposition list, to my knowledge.
And if the Magistrate ordered it, we should see that reflected on the half-sheet, at some point.
So far, that hasn't appeared. So my bet is that the Magistrate accepted her documents and explanations on that last September hearing date.
We shall -- as ever -- see. Do stop back!
