First Status Conference -- In Minnesota District Court -- Come January 12, 2016

Kenilworth's role will likely be slight, in this purported MDL, as it acts merely as a fluoroquinolone distributor, not a manufacturer, if I understand the fact pattern correctly, here. I think (if memory serves) Merck distributes for Bayer, under an old contract -- and Avelox® is one of a wide class of fluoroquinolones on market, in the US. My backgrounder here -- when this was transferred, from Chicago to Minneapolis -- last September.

In any event, here is the new status hearing date -- which promises to be a very chilly trip north in January, for anyone headed to the federal District Court in Minneapolis:

. . . .Initial Status Conference is now set for 1/12/2016 at 01:30 PM in Courtroom 15E (MPLS) before Chief Judge John R. Tunheim. . . .

Onward, and smoothly, so. . .

All I can say is that I hope she is elected. The best of a lot of poor choices...
