Next Big Date In NuvaRing® Settlement: July 30, 2014

In fact, it would seem that the settlement should be final by then. [The deadline has at least twice been extended, before.]

Judge Sippel entered a largely standard order, pressing "pause" on all forms of adversarial litigation in the thousands of pieces of federally-filed NuvaRing^® litigation, until the settlement is effectively a done deal -- or falls apart. So, we should know by July 15, 2014, or so -- whether it will be a go:

. . . .IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that adversarial litigation in these cases, including all discovery, motions, hearings on motions, and rulings related to any of these cases, shall be held in further abeyance until July 30, 2014. . . .
