I hate to be the wet blanket here, but the idea that urban 20-something hip hop artists are going to endorse orthotic insoles seems. . . well, a stretch.

Equally as confounding are the country line dancers. Is it 1992 again? Even Billy Ray Cyrus has other interests now.
Yes -- I agree. But at least some 50-somethings still do the "Achy-Breaky Heart" -- i.e., country line dance.

OTOH, to be fair, my wife reminds me that, in the late 1970s/early 1980s, Dr. Scholl's was able to move down-market, on the age-scale, by selling orthotic carved-wood sandals (mules, or fat-wooden flip-flops, really) -- by convincing U.S. high-school and college age girls to wear those sort-of-clogs -- to sculpt, tone and shape their calves.
But those people are mostly boomers, now. Not hip-hop-stars.
