At Lunch-Time In Brooklyn, Martin Shkreli Again Tweets His Intent To Violate Judge Cote's Express Order, Enjoining Him.

Suddenly this morning, Martin's avatar has adopted some NFT guise (mostly likely his nod to some trollsters!) of. . . Orthodox Judaism. I will assume, without evidence, that he means no disrespect to people of that faith.

But. . . he is an avowed atheist (he says).

Not that I care. . . but it seems as. . . odd as his appropriating Latin-culture appearances (al a Reggaeton). In any event. . . .

You may trust (I've verified) that this string of tweets and replies at right are from his genuine alias account on Twitter.

In any event, he is grumpy because a crypto-evangelist media outlet under common ownership with the crypto-broker and exchange called Coinbase. . . has "stolen" his latest "genius level" idea.

Except that it has been kicked around very widely, in precisely this form, for what? Three and a half years. . .? [During the time Martin was up-river.]

And... except that he cannot get even an indirect monetary or DAO or crypto- benefit for working on any orphan drug project, under the express terms of his injunction, entered in February of 2022 in the Daraprim monopoly case (won decisively by the FTC and the various states' AGs).

His schtick is all just sort of a very low-brow / bad Eric Andre imitation-style side-show, now.

So it goes -- off to a very high concept speak-easy (hidden in a laundromat!) / magic lounge, with friends -- for a birthday celebration tomorrow night. . . on the North Side. . . grin.
