And a full order will enter shortly, but the able Judge Crenshaw intends to force the Noemites to show their hand, on what led to the felony indictment / charging (by Noem / Bondi). . . of a three year old traffic stop where no tickets were issued and no one even went to the station to explain themselves, in rural eastern Tennessee. I smell. . . a skunk -- a Tennessee skunk, indeed.
We will almost certainly be in the courtroom now, for that November 3, 2025 hearing. At the close of it, Noem may see this vindictive prosecution. . . dismissed out of hand. Perfect! Here's the note from the status call:
