Yes -- this is a good one, out of Maryland -- but he only made it applicable to the 19 states that sued. Meanwhile, the California / SF case, no. 25-cv-1780, remains in force -- and it is a NATIONWIDE preliminary injunction, in favor of all probationary employees, nationwide.
That's USDC Judge Alsup's most recent ruling -- now on appeal in the Ninth.
