UPDATE: The Attempts By The State Of Texas -- To Offer Unqualified, Lay Opinions... As "Evidence" -- And Admit Hearsay, Generally... Are Just Comical.

Next week, when the trial gets underway in Del Rio, Texas, before the able USDC Senior Judge Ezra. . . this will all get sorted out. And most of the Texas "evidence" will be bounced -- as inadmissable.

Hilarious. But here's a bit from the US's 22 page federal trial court filing, lodged before Judge Ezra overnight:

. . .Letter from Gregory S. Davidson, Executive Clerk to the Governor of Texas, to the Secretary of State of Texas dated Dec. 16, 2022, enclosing Proclamation of same date signed by Governor Greg Abbott

Hearsay; Improper lay opinion

118.T Letter from Gregory S. Davidson, Executive Clerk to the Governor of Texas, to the Secretary of State of Texas dated Jan. 20, 2023, enclosing Proclamation of same date signed by Governor Greg Abbott

Hearsay; Improper lay opinion

118.U Letter from Gregory S. Davidson, Executive Clerk to the Governor of Texas, to the Secretary of State of Texas dated Feb. 20, 2023, enclosing Proclamation of same date signed by Governor Greg Abbott

Hearsay; Improper lay opinion. . . .

Yep -- there's 22 pages full of that nonsense. MAGA TX Gov. Abbott will lose. Onward.
