In Brooklyn, USDC Judge Chen Orders Martin To Answer Contempt Motion By October 9, 2024. Ouch.

Clearly, Martin Shkreli's latest sworn statement has not mollified the able USDC Judge Chen's concerns -- about his veracity, generally -- and the completeness of his "search", specifically.

So here is her order, of yesterday morning, in full:

The Court is in receipt of [38] Defendant's supplemental affidavit. In light of Plaintiff's [33] motion for contempt, the Court directs Plaintiff to file a response, not to exceed three (3) pages, by October 9, 2024.

It sure feels like Martin wants to hang out, with SBF and P.Diddy, in the MDC for at least a week or two.
