As we said, the Supremes meet for their first conference day -- of the new term. . . tomorrow.

Martin's largely specious attempt to win a review (called certorari) is docketed before the nine, for tomorrow.

He lost at this same stage on his felony convictions, in 2019 -- he will lose on these civil lifetime banning orders, as well.

But it may be a few days after tomorrow's conferences before we see his "cert. denied" summary list order.

OTOH, should he (improbably) win a review, that order would appear immediately, like Tuesday morning.

Now you know. I predict it will be buried in with other denials, by week's end.
