[U, 11.30.23: Ruled Correctly, And On The Record.] USDC Judge Moses... Cannot "Disappear" Record Evidence, As Offered By Federal Agencies Yesterday, In Del Rio, Texas: Razor Wire = Ongoing Human Rights Violations.

UPDATE: My post indicating that the able USDC Judge has in fact "squared the circle" here -- and (my conjecture) may have been facing some threatening calls or letters, to her chambers, from the MAGA / border nuts. . . which could explain (in part) the earlier sealings, until her opinion was ready to go out -- and until. . . Gov. Abbott had his appeal on file, in the Fifth Circuit.

Even so, it is disturbing that she might be concerned about her simply applying well-settled law. And there is also the possibility that if Del Rio is a. . . hot bed of lawless threats against jurists. . . she could resign and return to a lucrative private practice. But it is clear she took pains to bow to the MAGA surrogate Gov. Abbott, even as she ruled against him. And the earlier orders remain sealed. But I am about results. And I will take this win -- ugly as it was. End updated portion.

I've sent my letters to the relevant US Attorneys. I've tried to clearly explain the applicable federal law, here on this site. But I am completely exasperated that this continues. . . day after awful day. Do go read and repost -- all 57 pages of this atrocity, against ordered liberty -- still ongoing, at the behest of Texas agencies.

I want the world to see what the Chief USDC Judge, down in West Texas is willfully permitting -- as violations of our Asylum treaties, and our federal laws, related to the treatment of humans at our border. True, it was GOP Gov. Abbott who ordered the razor wire barriers lawlessly installed in the first place, but now. . . it is Judge Moses who is preventing the Department of Homeland Security and Customs and Border Patrol Services from removing these abominations.

She may temporarily seal her rulings (soon she will lose, on Amendment, First grounds here). It may take a minute. . . but make no mistake: the world is watching. I am. . . watching. And I won't. . . turn away.

And so, she cannot "disappear" the on the record exhibits offered by and from the federal agencies, at Monday's TRO hearing. This is what she, and Gov. Abbott are willfully intending to do, to their fellow humans -- in violation of clear international law (and federal law).

Every day -- day in and day out, at least 27 times, as of the end of October 2023. This is. . . deplorable. We as a nation are better than this. Out.
