Starting Tomorrow, In Manhattan -- FINALLY! -- This Silly Parade Balloon Will Begin To Be... Deflated.

To be sure, this moment is only. . . about two decades overdue.

But I'll take the win -- wherever, and however. . . it comes.

Better late than never.

My undying gratitude goes out to the New York Attorney General, and all her staff counsels.

And to literally every diligent investigator who has helped bring us to this moment. Thank you.

You have done your nation a vast service -- in preserving the rule of law, over vain, corrupt and petty men.

Kudos -- no matter how it ends -- the moment is what matters.

And to be clear, here -- I am confident they've got their man. Well-done, all.

This is a moment for celebration, of your patriotism -- sometimes a dangerous and unpleasant task. . . but we the people, we thank you for it. Onward -- with the exceedingly qualified Laphonza Butler to take Sen. Feinstein's unexpired term, out of California. . . I'd say things are starting to look. . . up!
