Wa Po And Others Reporting That Trump Tried To Force Executives To "Park" Truth Shares With Melania...


Well. . . this is no surprise, given that the entire transaction has been under withering SEC investigation for months, with strong hints of fraud splattered everywhere -- after the top-flight general counsel for Truth resigned suddenly in April of 2022.

But now a corporate whistleblower, and co-founder, has gone public in the Miami Herald and the Washington Post. In response Team Tangerine. . . has fired him.

Perhaps the most important new disclosure in this latest round is that Trump himself pressured executives to turn their shares in the company over to Melania.

That sort of secret "parking" got Mike Millken a jail term, and was among the things that sent Martin Shkreli, and Bernie Madoff before him. . . to prison.

. . .In the article, he also described undisclosed discussions between Trump, his media company’s executives and Orlando last year, before DWAC went public and the deal was announced. Those talks may have violated SEC rules.
