We shall see — but this entitles every record shareholder of Twitter to the cash payout, in full. Normally, there would be some OTC trading, but who knows with “Mercurial Musk” now running these tubes. End, updated portion.

Still no SEC filings, but the "people familiar" have said that the CEO and CFO were informed their services would no longer be required -- and they've exited the building for the last time, as of tonight -- at Twitter headquarters. . . where Elon videoed himself walking in, carrying a white porcelain bathroom sink, a day ago. He said "let that sink IN. . . ."

How droll.

In any event -- it will take some time to delist and deregister the shares and go private.

But it is likely to occur, now -- by year end 2022.
