[U] Two New NLRB Charging Letters, Published Yesterday And Today -- At Two Separate Existing Dispute/Unionization Sites; And So, Amazon's Labor Woes... Deepening.

The latest one in Upper Marlboro involves Amazonians United, while the newest one on Staten Island relates to efforts of Christian Smalls' Amazon Labor Union. [Backgrounders here -- and here.]

Each alleges various violations of the workers' rights to unionize and/or advocacy for the same, under § 8(a) (29 USC § 158(a)) of the NLRA (and/or management using pretextual and discriminatory policies, to thwart the workers' statutory rights to organize and be represented, under that Section). Here are the newest case numbers:

. . .Case Number: 29-CA-298749
Date Filed: 07/05/2022
Status: Open
Location: Staten Island, NY
Region Assigned: Region 29, Brooklyn, New York. . . .

[And]

Case Number: 05-CA-298743
Date Filed: 07/05/2022

Let's see exactly how many elapsed minutes (not hours!) it takes the corporate backbone out of Germany at Amazon to image, and index this entry (was posted at 11:55 AM CDT). . . [a fun trivial pursuit, with a friendly wave! -- will update it here when we know the exact time of ping -- Update, came @ 6:01 PM CDT]. Grinning -- ever grinning. . . be excellent to one another.
