I Have Waited Most Of Today -- To Verify This Wasn't a Hoax...

And I can now confirm that here almost exactly four months ahead of his formal release -- Martin Shkreli is back "on the streets" (in a manner of speaking, at least) in or around. . . the Big Apple.

[Earlier, at another property of mine. . .] apparently, one or two non-limited accounts have posted fan photos, that purport to be from overnight / this morning. He is about four months away from what should be his release now, to the three year close monitoring conditions -- but it would make sense that he is either in a group home / halfway house, or at an approved private residence, prearranged.

I will offer no other details, as you may go look at the comments in Ms. Christie Smythe's twitter feed, to see what I've seen. . . and see the original of this pic, there.

I will say it certainly seems genuine, as he is probably 30 pounds thinner -- gaunt, in the face, almost -- than when we last saw him, before he was jailed in Brooklyn, pre-trial. (September 13, 2017 -- where did the time. . . go?)

[To be fair here, the BoP.gov inmate finder usually runs a few days behind, in updating its web rosters, but it still shows him at Allenwood FCI Low -- so. . . who really knows? Could be a photoshop job.]

In any event, his most pressing concern will be finding work, and figuring out how to finance the Second Circuit appeal of his life-time banning orders, as well as getting Dr. Koestler's judgment paid off.

As ever, we shall see. We do wish him genuinely. . . good luck, and good fortune (for his. . . wiser self).

T R U L Y.

Let's hope he's smart enough not to start blogging about life sciences or securities, again through surrogates (even for free). . . and get sent right back to. . . jail.

Let's hope. . . that he's sadder but in fact. . . wiser.
