Each of these, as Marcy cogently points out, broadly hint that Paul Manafort was guilty of crimes he's not been pardoned for -- and that Tangerine (as a political campaign) didn't do what it was required to do, by law.
All is now unraveling (as we've long said), unless Billy Barr will "fall on his sword" and say he knew, but failed to comply with the law himself (i.e., not likely -- given his tell-all book), to protect Barrack, Manafort and ultimately, Tangerine.
