Only six dead in this outbreak, and it is over, as of December 16, according to the WHO. In 2013-14, pre-vaccine -- that total was over 13,000.
Here is the very good news from "Doctors Without Borders" blog postings -- (updated from December 9, to December 16 now):
. . .More than 4530days have passed without any further new cases notified since 30 October; the last person was discharged after testing negative for Ebola on 4 November. Among the eight confirmed cases, six people have sadly died. . . .
Definitely more proof that mRNA vaccines. . . make a vast difference. Smiling; off for a bike-ride in the 70 degree sunshine, now. . . . be excellent to one another.
