I will offer essentially. . . no other commentary.

In the attached "memo of [purported] law", filed in the DC USDC this morning -- Tangerine's (under-qualified) private federal counsel claims the federal courts have no jurisdiction over Baby T, throughout and during the term of his time in office (which includes January 6, 2021). I guess he never read the progeny of Marbury v. Madison.

Anyway -- it is. . . all uniformly wrong. Silly -- it is so completely, incompetently. . . wrong.
