After all, the regulations single out only family planning drugs, to the exclusion of all others, for this more burdensome and in-person requirement. That rings in as a non-medical, but more than impliedly religious expression of discrimination.

Various states will be back to allowing women to take control over their own family planning without risking COVID-19 exposure in a doctor's office, just to go get a pill.
