Trump Had His Head Handed To Him -- On Lawless Student Visas Measure. He's Already... FOLDED.

Just as we predicted about seven days ago. . . my, but the end came on swift wings, indeed.

Trump's people are without any credible doubt, the least competent, on Earth. . . at anything. . . ever. I suppose that is something to be grateful for -- they simply cannot figure out how to read the US Constitution, for comprehension. Here's the proof:

. . . .Judge Allison Burroughs, a federal district judge in Boston who was expected to preside over oral arguments in the Harvard-MIT case, made the surprise announcement at the beginning of the court proceedings Tuesday.

“I have been informed by the parties that they have come to a resolution,” Burroughs said, adding, “They will return to the status quo.”. . .

[And from the order entered this afternoon, in Boston's federal District Courthouse:] ". . .The Court was informed by the parties that they have come to a resolution to the combined temporary restraining order/preliminary injunction motions. The Government has agreed to rescind the July 6, 2020 Policy Directive and the July 7, 2020 FAQ, and has also agreed to rescind their implementation. The Government will return to the March 9, 2020 and March 13, 2020 policy. This moots the temporary restraining order/preliminary injunction motions, [ECF Nos. 4, 30], and will preclude enforcement of the July 6, 2020 policy directive and July 7, 2020 FAQ, which are being rescinded on nationwide basis. . . ."

That was. . . a speedy loss, for Team Trump. Hilarious. But his base will forget immediately that he tucked his tail, and ran -- when shown superior legal authority. So, his politics (with people of less than fourth grade educations) may have worked. Ugh.
