This is a 75 page PDF of USDC Judge Victor Marrero's cogent opinion, at the trial court level, in Manhattan. And while the reasoning here differs slightly from that in the Congressional subpoena cases [imaged at right], since here a state level AG seeks his returns, the outcome is the same: he must comply with lawful production requests, and he cannot block his accountants from complying with the law.
No surprise. And, before too long we should see that the DC appellate courts have agreed with the trial courts, in the Congressional subpoena version of these same disputes. That could come any day -- be handed down in the DC Circuit.
In the mean-time, the dotard has appealed this decision to the Second Circuit. He will lose, again. He is no king -- he is just a public servant, in the eyes of our founders.
Onward, on a perfect fall Monday morning. . . sunny and cool -- mountain biking shortly, to the furthest train stop. . . smile.
