Trump's Endless Detention "Rule" Is UNLAWFUL. He Needs Legislation. He Cannot Get It.

Let us be clear. This is simply "base pandering" Kabuki theatre; it will never become enforceable law.

Again -- louder, for the hate-filled moron called Stephen Miller, in the back: no purported "federal DHS rule" may unilaterally alter the terms of a federal court settlement, not without new legislation from Congress. The executive branch acting alone cannot rescind what has been agreed by the courts, Congress and the government, to be existing law -- for nearly 30 years. This will fail.

The USDCs around the nation will so rule, before the 90 day comment period expires.

Onward. No new graphic today. So, so. . . ugly.
