Santa Clara County, California's DACA Repeal Challenge: An Update


This past Wednesday, a very terse minute order -- on the three and a half hour motion hearing at the trial court level was entered. [Backgrounder here.]

In sum -- the fight has returned to the District Court; decisions pending on 45's motion to dismiss (it won't be granted, I predict) -- then to address the document production issue returned to this trial level court, by the Supremes.
