He very patiently -- and devastatingly -- explained how and why these morons might "investigate all the live-long day". . . but he and his colleagues plainly were uttering protected and lawful speech, and redressing valid grievances, on matters of substantial public concern, under US law. Moreover, they are all duly-elected representatives of the people.
It is both their right -- and duty -- to speak for. . . the people.
