O/T: Care To Share... Your Stories? NYT Now Collecting "Loving" Stories... Due On Or Before June 12, 2017

On June 12, 2017, it will have been 50 years since Loving v. Virginia was decided in the United States Supreme Court.

The New York Times is marking the occasion -- with a longish article, and several feature interviews, now being sourced. Smile. . . .

The Times will also apparently be accepting reader submissions, here, likely to run as side-bar commentary, under the main article(s).

Please do consider it, if this applies to you. The resulting narrative will be enriched immeasurably -- by widened multitudes of voices. From the Times, then:
. . . .June 12 marks the 50th anniversary of Loving v. Virginia, the landmark Supreme Court decision that invalidated state laws that restricted interracial marriage. While interracial weddings have been on the rise, only 10 percent of married people had a spouse of a different race or ethnicity.

We'd like to hear from couples in mixed-race marriages about their experiences. . . .

Now, you know. I can't wait to read it, in truth. Onward. . . .
