I am overdue on this -- but the next status hearing on it will be held March 29, 2017 -- at 10 AM EST.
And in keeping with our evolving privacy practices, the names of the affected cases appear only inside the PDF file, exactly as issued on the court's website. [But the timeline I earlier laid out continues to hold -- click this to enlarge.] Here's the February 28, 2017 order (redacted for privacy):
. . . .No later than June 15, 2017, for all cases in which product identification and alleged injury suffered by plaintiffs are at issue, plaintiffs shall file and serve certifications confirming plaintiffs' ingestion of Propecia® and/or Proscar® for hair loss and identifying the alleged injury suffered as a result of ingestion of these drugs.
Defendant may file motions to dismiss plaintiffs' complaints without prejudice for failure to provide Plaintiff Fact Sheets in accordance with CMO 3 in the following cases [returnable no earlier than March 17, 2017; see PDF for list of names].
The next case management conference shall be conducted on March 29, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in courtroom 403. Agenda items shall be submitted no later than noon at least one (1) week prior to the case management conference. . . .
Now you know, as we brace for a hectic week of likely largely unhinged attacks on ordered liberty -- from the sitting 45th President. All to deflect from his seemingly ever-expanding Russian influence scandal. Try to be better to one another, than he is being to all of us who chose against him -- I realize that's an extremely low bar -- but that's what I've got, on a gray cool Monday. . . smile.
