Late on Friday, the able Magistrate Judge in Brooklyn recommended, to the sitting District Court judge there, that the following cases be dismissed without predjudice (which means, upon a good showing, they might be re-instated).
[There is still no update on the good doctor, just FYI.] The dismissal recommedation is for a continuing failure to submit the information which the court has ordered accompany each plaintiff's claim.
