Well, it is not a market value number, and it is only current as of January of 2015 -- but the Union County, New Jersey tax records peg Merck's now former property at a bit over $195 million -- for taxation valuation, down from about $225 million, in the prior 2014 year. I'll keep looking for a market value number, as to what Celgene just paid -- and will let the readership know, when it turns up -- but here is the January 2015 real estate tax data, as a table:
