Chairman/CEO Frazier's Cash Compensation Steady At $1.5 Million In 2012; All-In Rises To Almost $15.5 Million

He is -- in my opinion -- worth every penny: he earned it.

More late tonight, after my other professional commitments are completed. UPDATE: On reflection in the bright sunshine of this Spring morning, I'll simply note that Merck slightly over-acheived on all of its targets for 2012 -- so this compensation package is, in the main, appropriate.
