Finally, the new three year collective bargaining agreement has been signed by the company -- which means the workers will finally get the signing bonus checks, per the USW Local 10-86 website:
. . . .The Negotiating Committee is pleased to announce that the contract has been officially signed. Bonus checks will be released by the Company and will be available in the next one to two weeks. The Committee wishes to thank membership for their patience during this time while they worked hard to insure that they "got it right."
