I've previously detailed what is alleged to have happened -- in the closing arguments, and summation phases -- of the Boles II Fosamax® trial. Now, in an order dated July 7, 2010, the very-able Judge Keenan has scheduled a return date -- for the involved lawyer's answers to charges of conduct unbecoming.
. . . .[Counsel was] repeatedly disparaging defense witnesses and generally acting rudely to defense counsel in a manner that cannot be fully captured in the record: using sarcasm, gestures, imitations, mockery, singing, derogatory tones, laughing, and admittedly "fooling around" and "making fun". . . .
