Although it's still early to tell, I just wanted to inform you of the mood here. It seems a lot calmer today & after talking w/ the others, it appears they don't feel a strike is imminent. At least, from my perspective. It doesn't rule out the possibility of a strike happening. Everyone seems jovial, for now. The meetings are still on tonite. So it all depends what happens there, I guess. Hopefully, the mood is a good sign.
