Maley Fosamax® Bellweather Case: Merck's Defense Case In Chief Completed Today

Merck filed a renewed Rule 50 motion (for judgment as a matter of law) this evening with Judge Keenan. This must mean that Merck has rested its defense case. So, the jury could have the case by noon tomorrow.

I'll let you know when or if that happens. Judge Keenan could still grant Merck's motion, without allowing the case to reach the jury. I think that unlikely now.
