The PACER system must have this order buried somewhere, or I just missed it, but Maley v. Merck will now go forward a week from tomorrow -- not tomorrow. Click to enlarge:



Interestingly, at the Fosamax^® MDL site, the order listed above (currently at the bottom of that linked page) isn't the order linked, there. It's a bad link. I'll keep you posted.
