This was a 12 year old study linking certain vaccines to autism. The author has been accused of improper research methods. It is old news, in any event. Here is a link to The Lancet squib -- and a snippet:

In particular, the claims in the original paper that children were "consecutively referred" and that investigations were "approved" by the local ethics committee have been proven to be false. Therefore we fully retract this paper. . . .
"The allegations against me and against my colleagues are both unfounded and unfair. We invite anyone to review the record, and to draw their own conclusions," Wakefield said in a statement.
