It would seem that the online version of Am Law Litigation, as well as Law 360o ($$; online only), both have picked up on my J&J Scores a Coppertone Round One Knockdown story, from this blog-post of mine. Both publications' IP addresses show up in my overnight traffic stats, and neither outlet was covering it -- before yesterday.

First, the lowdown on the lotion: Schering-Plough, the maker of Coppertone Sport, filed a false advertising suit against Neutrogena in April in Delaware federal district court. Schering-Plough asked for a preliminary injunction to block Neutrogena's claims that its new Ultimate Sport line of sunscreens was "the best line of sport sun protection" and that it provided better protection against the sun's harmful UVA and UVB rays than other sport lines.
On Wednesday, federal district court judge Susan Robinson denied Schering-Plough's motion for a preliminary injunction. . . .
