It seems that many, many sales reps at old Schering-Plough may be entitled (in many cases) to significant "back overtime" pay, for all those extra hours they worked (beyond the straight-40, in any calendar week, under the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act) -- the hours HR refused to pay for, claiming these sales reps were "exempt" from overtime, under the law. Not so, it seems. Do go read it, all you Schering sales reps (now lurking here)!
