I do not fault Mr. Musk for the ambition. I do think he is doing most of it right, at least from a tech standpoint.
But in getting to space -- EVERYTHING must go perfectly.
Every time.
And the main good news is that no human lives were aboard that capsule.
But expect delays now -- certainly in his rumored IPO for the venture, and likely even in the Moon to Mars initiatives.
As I've said repeatedly, contra to his "techie-ethos" we simply cannot afford to lose human lives in space, due to "going too fast, and breaking things".
